Essential Oils and Oil Blends


Many people find lavender to have a calming effect. Customers tell us they put a few drops of our crystal-clear (non-staining) lavender essential oil on their pillowcase before bed time to help induce sleep.  We also have a rollerball option in which the lavender is blended with jojoba oil (3% essential oil content). (Not recommended for babies or toddlers). NOTE: Only lavender is available in rollerball form. All other essential oils are presented in dropper bottle format only. ==================================================================
Beaucoup de gens trouvent la lavande d'avoir un effet calmant. Les clients nous disent qu'ils ont mis quelques gouttes de notre huile essentielle de lavande limpide (non-coloration) sur leur taie d'oreiller avant le coucher pour aider à induire le sommeil. Nous avons aussi une option rollerball dans laquelle la lavande est mélangée avec de l'huile de jojoba (teneur en huile essentielle de 3%). (Non recommandé pour les bébés ou les tout-petits). REMARQUE: Seule la lavande est disponible sous forme de rollerball. Toutes les autres huiles essentielles sont présentées en format de bouteille compte-gouttes seulement.

Please note:  essential oils (ALL essential oils, including lavender) are for EXTERNAL USE ONLY — never consume any essential oil internally.  Internal consumption MAY cause irritations to the esophagus, stomach, and/or damage the useful bacterial flora in the intestines. Not enough research has been done to conclusively prove the safety of consuming essential oils, so we urge our customers to err on the side of caution.

For safe internal (culinary) consumption, use lavender buds or lavender EXTRACT (which is derived by infusing lavender buds in vodka — go to our "Culinary Buds" page for a simple recipe).
