These are great! I have used the buds to make lavender syrup for lattes and ice cream, and couldn’t be happier! Also, lavender lemonade is a win. I put some of the buds in the lemonade for decoration, but the flavour actually came through!

I love using the culinary buds! I substitute rosemary for lavender and the recipes turn out wonderful. For Easter I even made it a main flavour of our turkey and the gravy turned out delicious with a little lavender hint.
