Dahlia, queen of late summer and the cut flower garden! Dahlias come in a huge variety of sizes, shapes, and forms. They need lots of sun and consistent watering (although they do need good drainage). They are not a true annual, but will not survive our winters here in Nova Scotia. If you wish to keep your dahlias for next year, dig up and save the tubers in a cool, dark place in autumn before replanting in the spring.
Plants are for local pickup from late May - early July. We do not ship plants.
