Essential oils marked '3% Blend' are mixed at a concentration of 3% essential oil in jojoba oil. Those marked '100% Pure' contain only essential oil.
Please note, essential oils are extremely concentrated and are distilled into small volumes from large quantities of plant material. They contain high concentrations of volatile organic substances. They should never be taken internally, nor should they be applied directly to skin without dilution in a carrier oil.
