Sorry to hear that, Irene! We do fill the sachets full so as to give people their money's worth, but you may wish to untie your sachet and put some of the buds in a bowl for potpourri if you like your sachets a bit more squishable.

Nice smell, not overwhelming in drawer.
The lavender sachet is small, which is perfect for a drawer. The smell of lavender is at a perfect level and not overwhelming. I received this as a gift 3 months ago and it still retains its smell. Great product!
