Anethum graveolens
The feathery foliage of the dill plant is superb for seasoning sauces and fish. You can also allow the plant to flower and go to seed, saving the seeds for pickling brine! Bonus: dill is highly attractive to predator insects that can assist with pest control, and may be used as a host plant by Black Swallowtail butterfly caterpillars!
Plants are for local pickup from late May - early July. We do not ship plants.
