Tough and dependable, parsley is the kitchen herb that just keeps on giving. Your plant will become bushier the more it is harvested. Fresh parsley is the key ingredient for many salads like tabbouleh, and adds a richness of flavour to pasta dishes, sauces, soups, and roast vegetables. Bonus: parsley may be used as a host plant by Black Swallowtail butterfly caterpillars!
